From the day you receive your order you have 14 calendar days to request the change or return through the form below. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with the details of the return.
Once we receive the package and verify that both the box and the product are in the same state in which it was delivered, we will proceed to reimburse it.
In the event that the box is in poor condition or adhesive tape has been used on it, the proportional part will be deducted from the refund.
In the event that the product shows signs of being used or damaged, the refund will not be made.
