From the day you receive your order you have 14 calendar days to request the exchange or return through the forms below. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email with the details of the exchange or return.
Once we receive the package and verify that the box and the product are in the same condition as when it was delivered, we’ll proceed to ship the new size or with the refund.
If the box is in bad condition or tape has been used on it, the proportional part will be deducted in the refund.
If the product shows signs of having been worn or is damaged, no refund will be made or the new size won’t be shipped.
