Frequently asked questions

How do you get the extra height?

We’ve inserted a height-boosting insole between the outsole and the insole, so no one can see it.

Are they comfortable?

Yes. We use a specialized foam layer between the outsole and the height-boosting insole. This provides all-day cushioning that feels like a regular high-end sneaker.

Do you manufacture or do you drop ship?

We manufacture! In fact, we’re the only height-boosting shoe brand in the world that does. This allows us to offer exclusive designs and release new models as often as possible.

How do your sizes work?

They fit true to size. If you usually wear a US 10, order a US 10. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

When will I get my order?

Free standard shipping worldwide.

Estimated delivery: US 4 to 8 business days, Australia 5 to 9 business days, Europe 8 to 12 business days, rest of world 5 to 12 business days.

Estimates are not guaranteed. View shipping details.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Request a return or exchange within 30 days, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Free returns and exchanges are available only within the US. Outside the US, applicable costs apply.

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Custom engineered products are final sale. Email support@kosenshoes.com with your order number before returning an item.

Do you help with leg length discrepancy?

Yes, we offer a custom service for this. We can adjust the internal lift height of a single shoe to match your specific needs. Please visit our Custom Leg Discrepancy Lift page for details on how to order.
