Standard orders are shipped directly from our warehouses in Montana or Indonesia, according to the delivery destination. Custom engineered products are shipped from our international production facility. While Kosen covers all applicable import duties and taxes, customs authorities may still require information from the recipient to release the package. If a shipment is held, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the requested information to facilitate delivery. Kosen is not responsible for delays caused by failure to provide this information to customs.
