Exchanges & Returns

All orders are shipped with tracking and handled with care. Once dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email to follow your delivery in real time.

Please note that our production facility uses regional sizing standards where the printed label number differs by one number from standard European sizing (for example, a size 44 label corresponds to a European 45).

Because each pair is custom engineered to your specific measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for this product. All sales are final.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will gladly resend your order; a 15% handling fee applies to cover reshipping costs.
