How to measure your foot

  1. Place your bare foot against the wall with your heel touching it.
  2. Place a ruler on the floor, also touching the wall.
  3. Measure the length of your longest toe.

How to choose your size

The lengths in inches and centimeters shown in the table refer to the insole. Choose a size with an insole that is about 0.4 inches (1 cm) longer than your foot. For example, if your foot is 10 inches (25.5 cm) long, you should choose a size where the insole length is at least 10.4 inches (26.5 cm).
