The story
First of all, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Daniel, the creator of Kosen. This is the Kosen story.
In 2018 I noticed that more people than I expected were adding extra insoles to their shoes to look taller.
I realized three problems:
- The insole moves because its shape doesn’t match the shoe, which makes it unstable.
- The heel lifts out since shoes are designed for a normal foot, which makes it uncomfortable.
- When you take the shoes off, others can see the insoles, which feels embarrassing.
That’s when I thought it would be a great idea to create a shoe brand that solves all three problems: height-boosting shoes.
After all these years, we’ve found the perfect balance of height, comfort and style. That’s why most of our customers come back.
