How to measure your foot

  1. Place your bare foot against the wall with your heel touching it.
  2. Place a ruler on the floor, also touching the wall.
  3. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe.

How to choose your size

The table shows the insole length (in / cm). For the best fit, choose a size with an insole slightly longer than your foot (+0.4 in / +1 cm). This gap ensures you have enough room for your toes.

Example: If your foot measures 10 in / 25.5 cm, choose the size with a 10.4 in / 26.5 cm insole.

All orders are shipped with tracking and handled with care from our warehouse. Once dispatched, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link by email to follow your delivery in real time.

Once an order has been placed, our team begins preparing it immediately to ensure quick dispatch. For this reason, delivery details cannot be modified once the order is confirmed.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. We’ll gladly resend your order — a 15% handling fee applies to cover reshipping costs.
